More Widget Options

Use widgets to further customize the look of your blog.

Your entire homepage was created using widgets. To edit the ones that are currently displayed or add new ones, go to dashboard – appearance – customize – widgets – home main content area.

If you’d like to change the order of the sections displayed on the homepage, simply click on the respective widget and drag it upwards or downwards, depending on what you want. You can also use the “Reorder” option.

To add an new widget, use the + Add a Widget button below all the displayed widgets, then choose the one you want.

To edit any widget, simply click on the upside-down triangle next to its name, and you’ll see the option to customize or remove it altogether. 

If after editing you don’t immediately get the “save & publish” option, look for “apply” at the bottom of the widget, click on that, and then you’ll be able to save your changes.

Here are the currently unused theme-specific widgets that you can easily add to your site:

  • AT Advertisement Widget. 

This can be used to display your free offers or products on sale.

When you add one, you can use the advertisement code if you have it, or just upload an image and link it to whichever page you’re trying to send them to.

  • AT Client Section. 

Use this to display the logos of the companies you’ve previously worked with.

Please note that you’ll need to upload the client logo as a featured image on a sub page to have it show up on the homepage.

  • AT Map Section 

You can also display your location on your website if you like, to help your clients find you easily.

  • AT Service Section 

This can be used to give a brief description of the niche-specific value that you can offer to your readers.

Please note that you’ll need to put the information in sub pages to have it show up on the homepage.

  • AT Skill Section 

Here, you can display the skills, expertise and experience you have to back up your value proposition to your clients.

Please note that you’ll need to put the information in sub pages to have it show up on the homepage. You only need the page title for the skills section. If you want to write more about your experience, you can put that in the skills parent page and link to it using the “button link url

To adjust the percentages, look on the right side of the page editor while creating the sub page and you’ll see a section named “skills data

  • AT Team Section 

Use this for team members. You can display their pictures and add links to their social media profiles too.

If you want to write more about your team, you can put that in the parent page and link to it using the “button link url

To add the team member’s position and social profiles, look on the right side of the page editor while creating the sub page and you’ll see a section named “team data
